This page describes how we calculate refunds and outlines our policy on refunds. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. Some notes about refunds:
When you request a refund, we’ll process the refund then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your refund request.
Items refunded because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If an item is damaged in transit or is defective or incorrect on its receipt by you, notification must be given to Alpha Automatics immediately.
If you want to withdraw from any purchase and there is no error on our part, then any refunds are at the discretion of Alpha Automatics.
Please note that you must report any discrepancy within 24 hours.
